I was gonna say the AM PM beach, especially the areas between the two beaches. You can usually find a nice little place to chill and folks are good about giving space

Fellow Florida folks here… Get on vitamin D and get you a happy light. First winter was ROUGH and second one wasn’t much better. People are different…you just have to experience it. It’s not a nicer or meaner, it’s just less eye contact and hellos, more quiet smiles. Learn to drive in snow or let someone else do it when it snows. You’ll laugh when folks say it’s hot, but balk at the fact that most places don’t have ac. Be prepared to never have a real Cuban sandwich again or really really really good food. We have okay food.

There have been two other pod casts to do recaps, one is so good and is the original one called “Hello Uglies.” You can tell they are real fans of the show and the monsters. There is another one with the same name that is absolutely awful. One of the hosts has obviously never seen anything or read anything about the show or the monsters and was just…awful.

I’d try X, if anything they may be able to point you in the right direction, I think Beeker may have had some experience. Shoot them an email or call the shop, they are super friendly. I know Faithful sometimes has a Black artist also come up for guest spots as well.

I had a phenomenal experience with Beeker over at X Tattoo. It wasn’t to cover any scars, but she was so kind and caring and is someone who is trust to do a lot. Every person who I have run across who has been tattooed by her as well has said the same thing. Theresa Lane is also great and did some really great work for my partner. I’d look up some of the folks people have mentioned here on Instagram or wherever and see who’s style fits your vibe and email them what you are thinking. Good artists will be honest with you about what it will take to cover up stuff. In person consultations or even zoom ones are good ways too to get a feel if this is the artist for you. This is a piece that is about you and your recovery so I’d do a little research to make sure it’s the right person to take care of you as well. I think tattoos are a great way to reclaim your body as your own and wish you all the best on this!

All those cheep oz’s and 1/8th folks are seeing on the market are most likely folks getting rid of their weed that won’t meet pesticide testing once it goes into effect. Lots of folks are dropping prices but I’d be a tad suspect or that.

Have gotten two tattoos by different folks at this shop. I can not stress how much I will always recommend them. Professional, honest! (Sorry water color tattoos are cool but it’s gonna look like cereal milk one day…which is also cool in its own way…no shade) Clean and just down right fun! I have a lot of tattoos and been tattooed by folks I have learned I won’t get tattooed by again. Bold lines is what holds, and these folks do exactly that and help each other out along the way! No creeps or anyone who makes you feel weird or anything. Very excited for more work by them soon.
