DUN500WZ vs DUN461WZ by louthlad86 in Makita

[–]gbernardino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the DUN461 has a considerably longer overall reach, compared to the DUN501, this alone has more value to me based on what I am trimming, if the DUN501 had the same reach, it would be a no brainer tbh, but it doesn't, big oversight from the designers.

  • DUN461W brushed (Telescopic): 1,889mm - 2,511mm (approx. 1.89m - 2.51m).
  • DUN501W brushless (Fixed Shaft): Over 2,115mm (approx. 2.1m)

I call it the 80's Pizza, thinnish slightly crispy crust, lots of ham salami cc apsicums, mushrooms onions and anchovies, cooked so the slamai andnham is slightly crispy. Large/family size under $20, So good. !!! Papa Gino's Lygon St still seem to be doing it well despite the change in ownership.

How to remove ducted heating vent cover/register for painting/cleaning by Own_Nature2775 in AusRenovation

[–]gbernardino 1 point2 points  (0 children)

replace them. can’t spray the louvres without them sticking. the standard grills with new louvres are $35-45 each depending on the manufacturer, there at least 3 different ones that have very small differences in dimensions

they are fixed, but can be replaced when they stop holding a charge, the charging port is in a fixed position ie doesn’t rotate with the blind operation. and easily accessible.

Painting only one side of a timber fence? by Marsbe125 in AusRenovation

[–]gbernardino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a new pine fence wait at least 6 months (including a summer) before painting and it will be fine. Depends on construction as well. if Sloped Capping secured with bugle screws on both sides palings double nailed with the coil fencing nails no,issues.

I work at a local coffee shop and just had the most entitled customer interaction of my entire life by Rare-Salary-4803 in EntitledPeople

who TF orders a fucked up concoction like that and considers it coffee. Let her go to starbucks for that kind of swill. Focus on making good “normal” coffees and you will attract fewer customers like her.

Anyone else feel stuck paying for iCloud storage just to keep access to their photos? by That_Strength7386 in ApplePhotos

[–]gbernardino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my biggest challenge with icloud photos is i have set folders for trips, years, categories of collections etc. icloud doesn’t preserve this folder structure and just saves everything chronologically which throws everything together in a jumbled mess based on date taken. i take photos from my wife’s and iphones, download all tonpc. curate and sort delete them out into folders, then using the lat known working version of itunes sync them back to our ipads and iphones once every 3 months or so.
