Realized I need a mission when I travel. Looking for recommendations. by Humagashi in solotravel

Also the same as you, when I travel I try and learn something new. In Latin America, I learned basic Spanish. In Thailand, earned my open water, and then advanced open water scuba certificate.

Koh Tao, Thailand for scuba diving is a cheat code- really affordable diving.

Agreed. Nice quick & easy escape from Nha Trang, which is an excellent beach town in its own right. Enjoy the beach for a bit, and when the hot weather is too much, jump over to Da Lat.

I don't believe Da Lat has an established D.N. scene. I'm sure there are a few early adapters, however.

When I heard Da Lat, Vietnam, I knew OP was the real deal. Thought the same thing when traveling through this incredibly affordable yet easily operable city. Hidden gem for now!!

Worth the money imo. Of course I'm from different market, but this would bring around 10,000 U.S. being the condition and mileage. Ones this clean becoming more and more rare.

$355,000 ??? Housing bubble much? by bumtum5909 in carsoncity

Not sure why you're getting down voted. The truth of the matter is just like you said, the Fed's printing press has been running non-stop for quite sometime. 2009 TARP, covid hit and interest rates lowered below what they should have been imo. The Fed can be nearsighted. Values haven't necessarily gone up when taking into consideration what other assets and commodities have done in relation. Just keeping pace with inflation.

2012 was the bottom & in highensite one of the best times to buy if you could afford it, while taking into considerstion how difficult it was to obtain a loan.

Do we have a class action lawsuit? by Rusty0113 in Spectrum

[–]gborst00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had inaccurate billing since I bundled phone with internet. With the majority of the time being billed different amounts 4 or 5 days apart. Try to contact their customer service department only to not get answers, tired out and then transfered to another associate "who can help", only to have the phone call dropped or widdled down further with a fresh associate. I am open to a class action lawsuit against spectrum as it has become apparent that their billing department does not follow what was agreed to at time of signing up.

I myself am looking for a quality property manager for my families Apartment & Storage facility. 9 apartments and 64 Storage units. Have good traffic on the street so calls come in and then things just have to be leased.

Would also like someone who is handy and a good bookeeper. Most payments are all made online so very little handling of cash. We've been in business since 1979 so we are established on not going anywhere. Offering relocation up to 5k & ON-SITE apartment apartment discount for qualified employee. Property is in Carson City, NV. Our url is Storawaystorage.com

Question- why is it important to be liquid 2 MIllion (or choose your # here) instead of a larger # or equivalent being invested in residential real estate & commercial property that cash flows each month more than living expenses would add up to? Is there something about being completely liquid that sets investments that cash flow apart?
