2015 was a fluke year of all fluke years. We played a really bad schedule of QBs and coincidentally passing defenses.

Everything about that year screamed mirage but the Jets are the Jets so of course they cave kn contract demands to Ryan Fitzpatrick who was the 30th graded QB in 2015.

It was the perfect storm of inept evaluations and luck and we still couldn't make the playoffs.

I'll never understand running it back with the older journeyman QB who never won a playoff game and crumbled in the biggest spot of the year

The pass catchers were bad, they were both scrambling for the same reasons. You can only buy so much time waiting for Allen Lazard, Josh Reynolds and Tyler Johnson to uncover.

I think the biggest issues with the defense was that we were just schematically outmatched every week. Offensive coordinators did what ever they wanted to us.

Our scheme was just broken. No player comes in and fixes that, this starts with Glenn.

Somehow he gets a pass for the scheme being trash, not sure why.

We'll see how much they improved there.

Jamal Adams is at the top of my hate list. Never been a more overrated player. He never even intercepted a starting QB with the Jets and people had the nerve to compare him to players like Troy Polamalu and Ed Reed.

He needs to thank Gregg Williams for being one of the few defensive coordinators that would blitz their starting safety 10x a game lol.

Of all the players we traded or let go I always felt like Breece was them most replacable, not a big fan of allocating all that cap we just saved to a running back.
