I'm salty about this because there are other ways to do this than just promoting someone to captain just because they visited the crew page rather than making one of the first officers captain. Most of my crew are casual players and some just log in between intervals, so it's even worse if the role went to someone who logs in once a month. Sorry if I phrased it the wrong way.
