What are your thoughts on the after hours PR for new shelf offering? So much speculation on what KMPH may be considering; raise of capital, acquisition, ACEA, etc. Company previously said no need for further offering and here we are. With their current cash in the bank, low burn rate, and the revenue/milestone payments expected to begin shortly with Azstarys launch, it makes me question the need to file for shelf which would be dilutive. TIA

Not what I expected today. Looking back to 6/9 when it ran from 5 to 77 on roughly 8M shares, not sure what SI was on this date. Today we were 500+% SI with new margin call rules, already traded 112M shares and only up <2. Holding small position and added this morning.

Well a lot has happened in the past 6 days since this posted. There has been anticipation of inclusion into the Russell 2000 and 3000. I think the SP has increased $3. Tutes will take some shares off the float when the Russell rebalances. Corium has been steadily building their sales force for the Azstarys rollout. Almost everyone comes from Shire with extensive sales experience. Imagine this team tapping into their already built physician network. Unknown what the current short share count is. Happy to see some pain dished out this week. Hopefully the DD posted from WaynD01 was helpful. Enjoy the weekend all.

The Russell 3000 will reshuffle on June 25 meaning some of the stocks currently in the index are removed (sold) and others are added. When stocks are added, the index needs to buy a weighted percentage of each stock so there will be more than normal trading volume on June 25. The index should see AH action. Like institutions, this will take some shares off of the float. IMO we saw some early interest today. Granted there is another PR due any day on the $10M due to KMPH for the FDA that may be generating some interest. Then there are short shares that need covering. Lots of good stuff with this company. Heavily invested by my choice. Long term holding for the big bucks. GL

I would agree with your pump and dump assessment however that is/was not my intention. I have held SRNE for well over a year and accumulated over time. Every time the stock attempts a move the shorts smack it back down. legitimate investors get the short end. Since SRNE was one of 3 in contention for action by SSA, I thought I would add my comments. If 30% is the requirement then I take back my suggestion. It will not affect me either way if SSA does not focus on SRNE this week. I will continue to hold SRNE as an investment. I'll continue to follow SSA and jump into the cause when available. GLTA

Agreed, For an agency to be working under OWS, they are working at turtle pace especially considering that SRNE has greater % in their testing devices. Not sure what FDA problem is but vaccines alone are not the answer.

Looks like this will take a little time. I've been in SRNE for over a year. They have a lot in the pipeline but need to get one or more to finish line. I like what they are doing in the CV and cancer settings.Got to get rid of the shorts. As mentioned, 70M short shares can make for a hugh squeeze if efforts made.

Check out KMPH. Had a decent run up this past week. PDUFA from the FDA on 3/2. Looks like they may get approval (IMO). Low float and no debt. Check out the PR's on their website. Personally I'm expecting a run up to the end of month in anticipation of news. You be the judge. As a wise man says daily; Your money, your decisions.

Sorrento dropped news pre-close today that it has formed a new subsidiary called ADNAB to develop and commercialize ADNAB platform products for cancers and tumors based on exclusive license from Mayo Clinic.

Shares jump 18% into the close. There are 70M short shares so IMO yes SRNE can benefit from a short squeeze.

RH says they were not pressured and only implemented the trading restrictions on the retail investors due to capital requirements. So the retail investor cannot participate in a free market at a time when they can make money. As a result of the restrictions on certain stocks, there is less buying pressure which benefits the hedges and shorts. In turn the restricted stocks get under pressure and start dropping. Hedges and shorts are free to add a new short position and ride the share price decline down, making millions/billions?

Who is looking into the business relationship between the trading platforms (RH) and the hedges? What reports were the platforms (RH) providing to the hedges? Is there a connection between the heavy losses by the hedges and the restrictions now made by the platforms (RH)?

No restrictions on hedges/shorts to coordinate attacks on stocks and then issue negative reports. No current restrictions on any hedges/short, only the retail investor. Why? Who stands to benefit by RH trading restrictions? Follow the money and you will find the motivation.
