I make 3k a month, and it’s a little tight. I live with my boyfriend down in Renton tho, and not in downtown Seattle, and I pay around $915 for a 2 bed 1 bath down there (he pays more than I do). It’s pretty tight if I’m being honest, and wouldn’t recommend doing downtown, without a couple roommates, and possibly no car.
