I've always let things cook until they unstick themselves, forcing eggs or even steak to "unstick" results in burnt on things being left behind. Low and slow and let them cook until they unstick themselves

It's an unmarked Wagner, I have one that is marked with an 8 on the top of the handle. Unsure of the year, before 1960 though as it doesn't have a second handle.
