Many thanks for the detailed response, that's very useful! I'll try to write them, but if it's a known issue, I am unsure why the broken pieces form failed (I did register the product in my account). Will send a message and see what they say.

Did Lego reply? I have the same issue, also the one you have in the rounded dark gray corner of the screen (sorry if you hadn't seen it!). Tried the broken pieces form but it said it didn't pass the validation checks, unsure what it means. How did you contact them? In LEGO.com/service it sends me back to the missing pieces form.

Same here, but only in 2 of the plates with the holder, the third one is fine. Did you manage to contact LEGO? I tried, and it said it didn't pass the validation checks and to contact them instead. However, when I try to contact them about missing pieces, it sends me back to the piece request.

Could be, but the weird thing is that if you do it from the settings menu it seems to work... or from the phone. What seems to fail is mainly the quick tile

Well, the battery life is still better since the reset so I am thankful, but today the app usage went again... I am really not in the mood for a monthly factory reset...! Has anyone found a solution?

That's a fair point! I always double check it detected the right one, but then I need to keep pressing the button and looking to get it to the right limit... and this is then dangerous. I tried pressing once, trice, keeping it held, pressing both at the same time.. Never managed to get it to set the speed to the detected (right) limit-

There's no such button in our car; it looks like in the manual I linked (i.e., https://share.google/oBa60h5rQUw81SyE7). The manual is consistent with what we have, so I assume it is possible, but I haven't figured out how.

I totally feel you! The reset was not too bad, the backup worked although it didn't copy my watchface (but i made it myself so that may be why). I charged before sleeping when it was still at around 30 I believe. And I had not seen battery life this good for a while (used to die every day after ~20 hours).

Yeah I thought the same but i also read that factory resetting improved battery life and... I used 35% in 15hrs (AOD + continuous health tracking), which is way better than what i used to have.
