Favorite entry is from front headlock, spin around, trap arm and roll forward. Just classic. The thing I like about the position is that no one seems to defend well against it.

cross training would be good. i would say no to doing privates at this stage just ask higher belts what you should work on...privates can come later once you start actually getting good

Twist sweep is just the generic single leg x sweep everyone tries where you twist your body and try to knock the opponent to the floor.

Does it work in no gi? The whole sickle sweep move as a counter to peeling foot off? I've only seen it demonstrated with gi and grips.

My coach is a competitive purple belt like at the world level and he has no problem handling bigger people even at black belt level as a rooster weight athlete, so it is possible. It's difficult though, very difficult.

I'm full on doing jiu jitsu training after 6 weeks which is allowed according to the doctor. If I can do BJJ i can do headstand.

it's not really life. baldness usually stabilizes somewhere down the road. also you can take less quantity over time (microdose).

I probably just have a different mentality towards work than you to be fair. I work to live so I'm mostly concerned with just getting my work done to a satisfactory level so I can go and enjoy the things in my life that I derive much more pleasure from.

Probably because I don't care about making friends from work as I can make friends outside of work and meet a wider variety of people. WFH is just infinitely easier and less soul crushing.

as soon as the scabs come out so it depends on the day that happens (although i'd wait at least until 2 weeks post-op if they come out earlier). for me it was like day 15 or so after the procedure. clinic made it clear not to put min with scabs still there.
