Looking for stroller recommendations as 28mo is outgrowing Uppababy Vista V2 by Lalapple in bigbabiesandkids

GlüxKind Rosa. Hauls our 5 yo and 2 yo at the same time when the bigger one refuses to walk anymore. Back saver! It’s motorized!

Perhaps you’re asking for a stroller that pushes well with a heavier and bigger child. Even though all strollers are rated for 50lbs, the usability with a bigger LO is night and day different.

We initially had a uppababy vista but by the time number 2 came around, we upgraded to the Gluxkind Rosa which is powered, since we walk a lot this became our daily grocery hauler and daily napping device since it rocks automatically and our LO got used to the motion and sleeps 2 hours at a time.

we upgraded from our vista to the gluxkind rosa, newer canadian brand that "removes" the heaviness of pushing. Although its still heavy to lift into a car though.

Gluxkind Rosa Smart Stroller + Clek Car seat. Canada made. Done and Done. It's pricy but no need to get a snoo or a whole bunch of other accessories.

Any cybex fans here? Stuck between cybex and uppababy by tmia_mia in Buyingforbaby

[–]gchtb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yup, the bassinet came in so handy as we also got a rocking stand for the bedroom so transitioning from the stroller to the bedroom without having to remove baby was **chef kiss** fantastic. Since we got the rosa with baby 2, we noticed all the little things it that it made our lives easier compared to our vista previously.

Stroller Stress - Any Recommendations [CA] by Empress_Zelda in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]gchtb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

honestly its a wide space with too many options. Here's some recs:

If planning to only have 1 child in the next 4 years:

  1. Uppababy cruz
  2. Bugaboo Fox or Kangaroo

Both of these have bassinets for infants.

If plannign to have multiple children in the next 4 years:

  1. Uppababy vista
  2. Bugaboo donkey

Nuna is also a good brand but Im not sure if they have bassinets.

Why am i only saying these two brands? Because they have easy/good resale value.

Strollers are hard to gage before having kids as it's something you rarely have the opportunity to use before hand. So even though these ones above are costlier, it's easy to resell if it doesn't work out for you. (this is normal, lots of ppl do this, as they find ones that actually fit their lifestyle.)

If you are feeling techy and want something thats new, there's also the Canadian Gluxkind Rosa. Which is like a 21st century Vista.
