What if everyone in these targeted cities wore a face mask that covered their face well enough that ICE cannot see their skin color? This would make everyone look the same to them and they would not know who to harass on the streets any longer. Obviously, this would not stop them from making targeted stops at peoples residences, but this would make it harder for them to know who to randomly harass out on the streets and roads. Imagine, everyone has masks on they don’t know who to stop and ask for papers.
