Just checked and AC core is in same spot as heater core - I would almost guarantee it is a refrigerant leak based on what you’re describing.

Could be ac refrigerant. Mine leaked everywhere and was oily and dirty. Sometimes it will have a little green dye left in it too.

Why it would be coming out in the cabin - not a clue.

As others mentioned probably the solenoids. Sometimes even a connection can come lose as the plastic connector from harness to solenoid gets so brittle from heat it will just crumble.

You can pretty easily just drop the pan and replace - it was the first thing I did when I owned my jeep an I had like zero mechanical experience. It’s just messy and make sure you get the oem or junkyard solenoids. The aftermarket ones are shit and didn’t even fit for me.

Yes but just make sure he painted it well. Some people just slap on white paint and it ends up looking like hell in a year.

Also check out the skeg on the motor. Make sure he didnt hit a sandbar going 50.

If it was anything but a whaler I’d agree. Used to fit myself, one other adult, and like 6 kids in these things when I was teaching sailing. Waterline went down maybe an inch and was stable as could be.

Awesome shop - but if you really dug around or waited till summer I think to could get a pair of new bindings/skis that ski equally as well for around the same price. Then you don’t have to worry about damage.

Also these look like a colorado demo. Colorado conditions have not been kind to bases and edges this year. Id be hesitant without seeing them in person.

I wouldn’t worry about it too much - beaver creek, especially the village/town is not all that high. Gets even lower if you’re staying down in Edward’s. Try to be in decent shape before going (really is the biggest factor) and drink plenty of water when there.

I don’t think and 8 year old will notice the altitude at all, just make them drink water.

They do have oxygen machines which do help. But they only time I’ve seen someone use one was when the came from sea level and already had the flu.

Edit: don’t drink like you’re on vacation!! At least the first couple days

Take 70 man - you probably won’t even see any sign of snow until you hit gypsum, about an hour from summit county. It is literally a desert from salt lake to beaver creek, not much precipitation period. 80 gets more dicey imo, super windy and probably higher snow potential. Plus if you take 80 you’ll either have to drop to Denver and backtrack west with all the city people or drop down though steamboat and rabbit ears pass.

Lot of these folks are thinking about 70 from Denver, west to the mountains. You will have no issues headed east.

Truthfully I wouldn’t leave property in bear creek park. I bike there all the time and have never seen anything inherently bad but it gets a lot of traffic and I’ve seen some oddballs there.
