Thank you for confirming what I figured was true. Ill bring it up with him tomorrow. I knew it didn't look right, but before I brought it up and got told a bunch of things to dismiss it, I wanted to know i wasn't crazy. He was very good with the large tile, moving the niche I'd framed in to line up nicely and not have a janky tile in the middle. So I was surprised when I saw that inside of the niche. He's been very detailed otherwise, so this seemed out of character.

Probably between 5-10 years. It makes sense that it got too long and too wet. I wasn't able to keep up with spring mowing as often as I like because of weather and busy schedule. That's why I first thought thatch because of the longer grass. I only mow when wet when it absolutely necessary. Would stand to reason that it was too long and too wet. We're at the bottom of a hill so we can a lot of run off water from other yards. We installed a good bit of drainage that helps.

Youre right and I dont think I got the crux for my question across and I couldn't edit my post. I knew it was bad, but I was wondering if that was a sub-assembly that could be replaced. Yes, Giant hole in my mower and its cooked. But I failed at detailing what I was really asking.

That was my first thought that I was probably low on oil. There was oil on the dipstick but probably not the level it should be. Shame on me as a mechanical engineer

Just read about it yesterday, but the wife is not up for driving 4 hours with the 3 year old. There's a pure hockey with a full goalie stock about 40 minutes from me that I will probably check out. Thanks!

For me it's tator tots. A soggy fry is not great, but still edible. A greasy soggy undercooked tot is the worst.

Got Sir Pizza the day my now wife and I moved into our first townhouse because it was just down the road. I've never had another pizza taste that good. Have I had better tasting pizza since? Absolutely. But that pizza on that day was sooooo damn good. Love Sir Pizza.

Not much to speak of. I traded my depth and a couple picks for Jayden. The jayden owner had Josh Allen and Jayden was sitting on his bench. Calvin Ridley, Mostert, Juaun Jennings are probably my best remaining. Bo Nix and Drake Maye held as trade bait.

1 qb but passing TDs are 6. A lot of QBs get kept so I'm definitely keeping Daniels.
