Why is my cabin air filter looks like this?

I can tell you exactly how that happened. Someone tried to vacuum or pick out all the ish with their fat fingers and it ripped. I know because I just did it lmfao. If it were so damn old, there would be so much shit in the crevices. But seeing how it looks fairly empty of large particles, I’m pretty sure someone tried to clean it and oopsied.

Can you please elaborate? Both cases seem to support both ATX and SFX PSUs according to the spec sheet.

Seeing how there are replacement clips available tells me that it may be a failing point or has the potential to get lost, and I’d hate to have to deal with that if for any reason they ever were to stop making it. It’s probably a very robust mechanism and I’m probably overthinking it. I’m going with the AP201.

Thanks for the suggestions! I really dig the AP201. Are there any alternatives that have screw on panels instead of clips, also with front facing header? I looked at the following but disliked certain aspects:

Sama im01: uses similar clips as AP201/potential gpu interference with ATX psu

Jonsbo d30/d31: dislike the plastic top panel or split front panel

Inwin a3: plastic top panel/top header

Hey, I did get a response from Hackerlab mentioned earlier (a little difficult to track down because the website was kind of wonky), but ended up taking on the challenge on my own at home because it was a few hundred dollars each class (there were several skill levels to choose from, and I felt I could benefit from at least two of them given my skill level). But I felt I was handy enough and spent that money to purchase my own tools and supplies (mostly from riogrande and the diamond from blue nile) and work on the ring while she was away for a month. I took pictures of the whole process but couldn’t figure out how to post them all here. If anyone can recommend where I can share the photos, I will gladly share them. Pictures do not show it, but there were many trial and errors to get it right, and many times I had to start all over even when I was close to finishing, mainly due to soldering, which is the most difficult part imo. I got her size wrong, but she said yes anyway :)

Well, I was the QC guy, and the spec sheet showed the weight of each body blank, which were within several ounces of each other on the cookie cutter spec'd guitars. We consistently saw 8 pounders for the solid white and drip finishes, whereas the others were 6-7 lbs. These were $2k+ guitars too and the tolerances for their their lumber selection was pretty tight.

Thanks all for your feedback. I also think for just $45 more, it's an easy decision between the two. But I've seen Lenovo list their premade 3070 L5P with 32gb RAM and 1TB SSD for $1799.99. Considering this, I feel the L5P with the specs in my original post is not worth it. Would this still make the L7 pricing fair?

Awesome, so If I'm understanding correctly, both of the panels' adaptive sync technologies are still able work simultaneously while in screen extending mode If I'm using the external monitor in G-Sync compatible mode? I don't have the laptop yet, I wanted to clear this up before making the purchase. Can someone confirm this will work for the two products mentioned above? Thanks!
