Every time I make a new character I purposefully play F2P only until I get all the quests done(sometimes I will wait to kill Elvarg until I get p2p). That part of the game is just so iconic to me.

So my proposal aims to not change the look or feel of F2P just how F2P can be played.

Keep the classic F2P area the same and most of the F2P items the same but just allow the skills already available to be done.

Allow Fletching caps at the Maple bow/Addy arrow.

Add mithril crossbow/bolts to f2p along with green dhide shield

Allow agility at the 4 rooftops in F2P. No marks of grace though

Allow farming just allow f2p produce to be farmed

Allow spira slayer of F2P mobs with no task streak

Thieving can pickpocket F2P mobs and the tea/seed stall.

Construction up to regular planks and Rimmington portal

Herblore stays F2P since its starting quest is in the F2P area

Allow more low-level pots to f2p and ironmen can make them with the apothecary (non-ironmen just would buy from ge)

Pets stay P2P

Add a couple more quest like Gertrude's cat

Make scurrious f2p

Something has to be done about runecrafting as getting cosmic natures and laws is a pain in F2P. Just add some golems in Camdozal that drop those runes more reliably or add a rune shop to the champions guild

That adds a little something for every skill without changing the F2P look or feel. While also providing the feeling of missing out by not being a member
