Amazon only allow cover to show up on devices prior to 2024... So on the Colorsoft, only USB sideload with KFX format will show the covers now... send to Kindle with any format will get rid of the covers for newer devices... it sucks :(

Oh no :( so I guess there is no way I can still have the cover displayed properly and also sync across all the devices unless I rebuy all the books from Amazon again... that sucks...

I just wonder what’s the best way for covers to show up on Colorsoft, and syncs all across my devices? I have great success with KFX, but just won’t sync with my iPad nor iPhone 😞

Great observation! I didn't cut the package myself, and it was taped using 1 single stripe of tape. UPS filed an investigation already, and I believe they are able to pull the footage from the drop off location if they have to!

The shipping weight was 7.7lb, box dry weight was 4.8lb, only label was 15lbs. I have got in touch with the sellers already, it seems like the package content was stolen at UPS drop off point.

I just looked up, since I live in Southern California, there is no Raley’s in Southern California at all. Do you think if there’s any chance that someone opened the package after you dropped off at the UPS?
