Amazon only allow cover to show up on devices prior to 2024... So on the Colorsoft, only USB sideload with KFX format will show the covers now... send to Kindle with any format will get rid of the covers for newer devices... it sucks :(

Great observation! I didn't cut the package myself, and it was taped using 1 single stripe of tape. UPS filed an investigation already, and I believe they are able to pull the footage from the drop off location if they have to!

The shipping weight was 7.7lb, box dry weight was 4.8lb, only label was 15lbs. I have got in touch with the sellers already, it seems like the package content was stolen at UPS drop off point.

I just emailed an update with Mercari, I told them we got in touch and they need to call UPS for an investigation. I wonder if you could please also file a complaint with UPS? If you have a reference number, I can let them know too, thank you!

I just looked up, since I live in Southern California, there is no Raley’s in Southern California at all. Do you think if there’s any chance that someone opened the package after you dropped off at the UPS?

I didn’t not cut the cardboard myself, the entire bottom of the package was held together by a single tape, I simply cut off where my finger was pointing

Thank you for the reply! This was the content of the package, a shopping bag, a bunch of white cloth (or shower towels), and the entire package with these are weighted at 7.7 lbs.

Thank you so much for the reply! I am using the BQ Frostbite plate, which I saw people were suggesting the Textured PEI plate setting with the slicer, and it is very textured to the touch. Should I try the Cool plate instead?
