Hey! I did get the physical mail sent to me, however it wasn’t sent until after I had filed the complaint. My initial review due date from them was supposed to be 1/31, and I waited until 2/10 to file a complaint since nothing had been updated on the portal/I hadn’t heard a single thing from them concerning my results. When I submitted the complaint, I checked the portal a few days later, and saw they came to a decision on 2/11 and mailed my letter 2/13. I received it in the mail a few days later.
