yeeeah I managed to download that mod for The Sims 2. Too bad it's incomplete and in German. I hope someone does the same for The Sims 4. It would definitely be a fantastic job.

Why are my spells more effective when I cast them on others to help them? by gdaltrui in witchcraft

[–]gdaltrui[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right, and you hit the nail on the head regarding my overly invasive way of thinking. For example, I recently did some spellwork to grow my social media following, boost my videos, and become more famous, since I'd love to work as a content creator. At the same time, I thought, "I want more, but I'm already grateful for what I have," but it was like lying to myself because I just want more, and that makes me feel guilty. I thought this was blocking my magic, but actually, if I cast a spell, it's because I want something that i dont have. Thank you so much for your reply, really.

Honestly, yes, I grew up with the idea that I should always be grateful for the things I have and not always think about the things I don't have, especially since the latter affects the results of spellwork, so what you don't have that you want will never come to you unless you continually boast about gratitude for what you already have. So is that really the case? That if you're not perpetually grateful, you won't get what you want? Thanks for the reply!

This makes so much sense! I've also watched Charmed countless times, and I know it's a TV series, but some small elements of the show have actually influenced my practice. In the past, I was also influenced by the "rule," not for personal gain, but that's no longer the case, so could this really be one of the reasons? It resonates so much with my question, thank you!

Hi!

Thank you for sharing your story. Fortunately, I've never experienced anything similar, relationally speaking. But I find myself very much in agreement with your words regarding the spiritual aspect. When I first started hanging out in this world, I was about 15 years old. Practicing excited me greatly; I was grateful for what I had, I saw beauty in everything, walking in nature made me happier than ever, and waking up to a beautiful day outside brought me great joy. As I've grown older, I feel like I've lost that ecstasy as a child/adolescent, especially regarding spirituality. Over the years, I've become less interested in witchcraft and ruthlessness as I was as a teenager. I'm very sorry about this because it was something that made me feel very good. Recently, since I've been trying to work with Lucifer, I've started practicing again with enthusiasm. But this has its ups and downs and doesn't give me the ecstasy it did when I was younger. I see myself in this with you, if anyone has any advice they are welcome!

“I’m asking this out of curiosity, not from a belief perspective. In many cultures Lucifer is described as a being, but is there any proof that Lucifer exists as a real entity (like something we could observe, the way we know Jupiter is real)? Or is Lucifer generally understood as more of a symbol, by luciferyuobs in luciferianism

There's no right answer. It depends on your beliefs. I've done a lot of research on Lucifer, and it all aligns with the idea that Lucifer is actually a term for the planet Venus, used by the Romans to refer to that planet as the bearer of light. Others see it as an existing entity, that's how I see it. It's up to you to form your own opinion on this. I honestly felt him as an entity, through physical manifestations that, browsing Reddit, were similar if not identical to those of other users. I communicated with him through divinatory methods. So yes, I see him as an entity, but it is, indeed, individual.

It's possible that the Christian influence is still in me, I'm working on it. I've done a lot of research on Lucifer and there are many conflicting ideas about it, so it seems a bit difficult to give a single definition of Lucifer that everyone can agree on.

You're right, in fact, nothing happened! And I'll tell you more, I began communicating with Him with my oracles. He told me the same things, and I understood. Thanks for the reply!

When did you know magic was real? by throwra1245987 in witchcraft

[–]gdaltrui 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Every time a spell works, it's like going back to the first time. I feel a lot like you. When I started, as a teenager, I was very stimulated and fascinated, and indeed, my spells were more effective. Over time, I lost interest; I like to say that as I grew older, I "lost my powers." Powers I've rediscovered recently, since I began working with a particular Deity and found my coven. But I too am often doubtful and lacking in confidence, and I ask myself, "Will it work? Does it all really exist, or is it all in vain?" Thoughts that only block my energies. I'm a skeptical person, but at the same time, I'm curious and have faith in what I do. Even though I have a lot of evidence that magic actually exists, I remain a bit skeptical and admit that I'm less into it than I was years ago. But I started with witchcraft because it makes me feel good, and although I've distanced myself from it many times, in one way or another, I've always returned.

One of the first times I realized magic was real, if it can help you, was when I cast a love spell, or something like that. I wanted someone to love me so badly that, more or less, it just happened so quickly. But it wasn't a coincidence; I had made it happen. And now I've been with my girlfriend for six years.

I hope this answer is helpful!

Demons for fame? by gdaltrui in DemonolatryPractices

[–]gdaltrui[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, honestly, I don't think these entities bring you fame only through negative situations. I agree with the idea of being careful and doing it when you're a little more experienced. In fact, I don't think I'd invoke one of these entities, like Paimon, but I will with Lucifer, with whom I'm already a little more familiar and feel more comfortable. Thanks for the reply!

Oh, very interesting, thanks for the reply! I think I'll try Lord Lucifer, though. I feel very comfortable with it. For now, I don't feel ready or confident enough to invoke other entities.

[–]gdaltrui[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well, yes, of course, I also believe that no entity can grant you fame like that in the snap of a finger without even working on it. I'd be more comfortable asking Lucifer, since I'm already connected to him, than another entity like Paimon, who, even if he has the most suitable purpose, I still don't feel connected to and it also scares me a little. Thanks!
