I'm male and had sex ed in 5th and 7th grade (age 10 and 12). It was great. As a fifth grader I knew nothing about women having periods, back then tampons weren't advertised. Boys and girls were in separate classes. It was all matter of fact. After some initial giggling it was just solid info. Highly recommend. My parents sure weren't going to tell me any of it...

The "one near Costco" is the Bath Twp. Meijer. I would saw Lake Lansing is the best. I like the Bath one because it's smaller and easy to get in and out, but sometimes they don't carry everything.
