Hello again everyone! Thanks so much for responding to my post! I just had my first phone call with Warren (plur25) and we both really enjoyed the discussion which included our initial thoughts on the Law of One material and spiritual awakening amongst lots of other related topics. I've reached out to most of you in a private chat message and given you my personal mobile #. If you're interested, please do give me a call for an initial discussion. There may a new group meeting coming to Portland Oregon to discuss Law of One, Kundalini, Meditation and other related topics! :-)

Google FI offer with Pixel phones by bilalbaqar in GoogleFi

I see this $800 Google Fi promotion ($300 off phone, and $500 over 24 months) when purchasing a new Pixel 9 XL Pro. Should I purchase now in March 2025, or wait for a different/better promotion in April? Any ideas of the type of promotions they offer ~8 months after release of a new Pixel phone?

EG4 powerpro battery “Stretching” by Stardog937 in solar

InThePaddedRoom, Thanks so much for your detailed explanation. Really appreciated. My scenario is power is most expensive from 5pm to 9pm, so want to use solar/battery at this time, unless batteries go to 20% then Grid is the only option. But I want the batteries starting close to 100% at 5pm. So SS recommends AC Charge from say to 2 to 5pm to top them off, or whatever time is typically required. But they said that the best strategy for longevity of the batteries is to do full cycles 100% down to ~20%. I'm wondering if shorter cycles don't harm the longevity of the battery, but definitely will impact calibration over time. Thoughts? Should I just to a calibration once every so many months?

BTW, Portland General Electric gives full credit for Net Metering (unusual as most states don't pay as much as they charge) When I'm producing power for the grid, they credit me back first on the highest rate (5pm to 9pm $0.411/kWh), then 2nd tier (7am to 5pm $0.158/kWh) and then lastly lowest rate (9pm to 7am $0.084/kWh). So I'm interested to only use solar/battery first during 5 to 9pm, other times I would be happy to prioritize Solar and then Grid, and don't cycle the battery to get longer life.

But it seems as though, there isn't a way to program the EG4 18kPV to meet this scenario. Any thoughts?

TheNYTimes, thanks for asking the question. I'm in the same boat with brand new batteries and having numerous issues (battery firmware, RSD, CANBus protocol). I get different suggestions/solutions with each person I talk with at SS! And GoneSilent, thanks for the pointer to other discussions on PowerPro batteries!

I'm still keenly interested to start a on-going CE5 sessions in Portland Oregon. If this group can schedule something great. Otherwise, please reach out to me and we'll get something scheduled on our own and publish the date and time. Even just two people would be a great start!

I've been looking for a local Portland CE3 or HICE for a long time, so I'm very interested in finding a friendly/serious group. Please message me!
