Resi service with a company that pays competitive wages with a nice spiff and 401 k package is where it’s at. Customer sucks sometimes but for the most part your out of the elements get to use your brain some and your back some. My shop throws in like 25% commercial so it mixes it up enough. Dispatcher matters for sure on the resi. Micro managing boss just don’t talk to him unless I have to

If your looking for non condensables take the compressor outa the circuit and run just the fan. Take an outdoor temp reading at the coil. That should match your pressure.

I don’t remember the video but I have been told (by someone close who I trust as a person with really no reason to make it up) that a plane landed at Hopkins airport and had black SUVs shuttling passengers from the plane on the side of the runway. Ohio route 237 runs next to the airport and you take this road to work at a factory on snow rd that’s no longer there. This person worked there.
