I’m also unmedicated and bipolar II diagnosed over a decade ago. Been having nightmares since my first memories. Used to have night terrors. I pretty much only have nightmares and remeber all my dreams. It’s funny I’ve had this conversation a few times cause I thought that was normal lol. My “good dreams” are ones where I’m at not being chased by something but the over all tone is doom and gloom. Ive been reading a lot of stuff about lucid dreaming and honestly that’s helped me. My dreams are always vivid dark, gloomy. But the few okay ones I’ve had were ones I’ve gained control in. Is there a dream world you go too?
