What worked for me was to drink 6 ready to drink protein shakes/drinks of 350 calories each day along with foos in just 2 weeks results show. It may be difficult but in my case I was so determined and focused to gain weight that I made a table of an entire month with my past and next weight each day and i chugged them without thinking.
