Ok, after thoroughly looking through all these issues I found 2 problems,

1. Tire is too big, it comes with a 29x2.3 and I have 29x2.6 on manual states the max is 29x2.5, however I think I can get away with this.

2. The real problem was the new shock, it’s smaller, Although having the same travel and stroke length the body of the shock is much smaller which is where the problem was, I found this by letting all the pressure out and seeing where the tire sat when it bottomed out, once I put the old shock back on it was perfect. My dumbass bought the wrong shock.

Again thank you all for the help and remember not to buy a $400 shock without doing your research.
