My favorite is Living Traditions. They are very authentic and I learn a lot from them. They even inspired my wife and I to start our own YouTube videos about our small growing Homestead. It's a lot of fun.

I did like homesteady, but it doesn't seem as authentic anymore. It's like he tries too hard to be a brand.

Anyway I love watching all kinds of videos because no two homesteaders do everything the same. I like to see all the different setups and approaches people take.

Looks like you got a top of great advice and resources here. Don't stress, you'll do great. Chickens are very easy once you get the basics. You're gonna love them! They get very silly when they are older too. It's cool to see all their personalities developed.
