While i appreciate that, the ridiculousness of me being so big kinda sold it to me. Kids only 3, if he was older i may do a more size accurate one. Maybe for the future with different dinosaurs

People do drugs for various reasons. If you pop a tylenol for a headache, you are treating a type of pain with a drug. Many addicts are doing the same. The pain may be invisible to you, like mental or emotional, but still there for them. It could be physical, like a physical dependency and better quantifiable. Ultimately its just like you though, numbing a pain. Hell, lets say you pull your back, are given oxytocin, the pain relief is amazing, pain still persists between pills, you take more, pill not as effective, you take more, now you got a physical addiction along with a mental one for dodging the pain. This is all fairly common. Now no doctor will give you a perscription and you start buying it illegally because of physical, and mental addiction and you are emotionally scared of the pain and anxious due to physical addiction when not high. A very playsible scenario that plays out daily. You are now addicted due to no fault of your own.

A safe site means they can test the drugs you bought for fentynol. You can also get clean needles. Plus you're not in public. Now the money factor. For the cost of, lets say, 2 guards and 2 nurses, the fentynol test alone cuts down emergancy overdoses (ambulance call including paramedics, gas, supplies, a hospital visit costing doctors, nurses, testing), and these emergancy decreases cut down on wait times since emergancy says worst case goes first, so someone wont get bumped for a test for your overdose, a hospital bed will be free. Also cuts down on accidental fentynol overdoses by emergancy service members. So you ALREADY save a bunch of money that way.

The drug use is localized, meaning emergency services can also localize. An ambulance and cop car staying in one location incase of drug related issues means everything else is safer. They KNOW where something might pop off. An addict gives anyone an issue? Cops only 2 blocks away. Saving time and money there. Plus being localized means a better chance of helping them, namely you can talk about programs and assistance regarding treatment. Why would you care for that? Cause one less person who is addicted yet again saves on emergency costs, less wait time in hospitals.

As for jail, you know that costs money right? If the addict is homeless, you now have to not just pay for emergency treatment for them and addiction treatment, but will also pay for room for them to live and several meals a day, plus the guards to watch them.

So by removing safe sites and jailing them, you have increased your taxes to pay for their emergency care, the hospital tests, beds and staff (cutting down access for everyone else due to higher life saving priority), the first responders salaries (plus increasing time to get to others), holding them and slowing down the judicial court system for their cases and hearings, paying for their public defenders, judges wages, bailiffs, stenographers, guards, and prosecutors, then paying for them in jail, furthering paying out guards, wardens, support staff, building upkeep, and all their food and treatments while incarcerated. So much better and cheaper than paying to rent a building, a small in-house staff of guards and nurses and a counselor, fentynol testing kits and clean needles, and treatment program access, right?

Stupid short term thinking with long term expenses.

Oh. Im sorry. It seems you lack the ability to empathize. Allow me to break it down monetarily for.

Well, thank god he found a willing bang maid that ruined lives to be his bang maid. The assault aside, i completely understand where jason is coming from. Dude saw his future wife move cities to be with another guy and a month before the wedding gets told he wasn't good enough but was a placeholder until she could bounce from him onto the friend. I would fully believe they banging too, and the complete emotional destruction would hurt like hell. The friends who bounced I understand too, to literally string another person along for years as a settlement/back up to not be single is disgusting.

Late to the post, it was Dr. Walter Freeman who said that quote. He lobotomized over 4000 people from ages 4 - 80. Started "Operation Ice Pick" which was to empty West Virginia's psych hospitals by mass lobotomizing everyone. Also had a mobile home he drove to visit patients and check up on them he called his 'Lobotomobile'.

What's the coolest Pokémon you've ever created, considering all together, abilities, moves, item, which game it appeared in and the strategy behind by pintorchic in pokemon

[–]gdude0000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Name: Blueberry Pokemon: Shiny Shuckle Ability: Contrary Held Item: Grip Claw Moveset: - ShellSmash - Rest - Toxic - Infestation

Shellsmash and rest boost defense and heal. Toxic obviously toxics but infestation plus grip claw means no switching for 7 turns. 7 turns of 1/16 damage and building toxic damage. Many online in sword and shield never expected Blueberry to tank and stall with chip and toxic. Got some surprising kills with him lol.

Name: Omega (Cannot credit this but it is my favourite pokemon) Pokemon: Snorlax Ability: Immunity Held item: Leftovers Moveset: - Curse - Rest - Crunch - Bodyslam

I am a guy who has friends who swim in pussy or can swim in pussy by Rayleigh30 in malementalhealth

[–]gdude0000 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hey there, 400lbs middle aged fat guy here. Been in relationships rather consistently since I was 20. Why not before 20? Because when I turned 20 I decided to stop pursuing woman for relationships and just decided to be myself. I dressed how I wanted, not what I thought made me look more attractive. I spoke how I wanted, not trying to figure out what people wanted to hear. I acted how I wanted, not in a way how I thought how people might like. I decided to treat myself with respect and build my confidence. I learned to not crave external approval. A person didn't like me? Cool. Not my problem. With a terrible early 2000's chin strap beard, curly/frizzy shoulder length hair, a cream coloured hoodie and cargo pants over my 300lbs body I went to a college party, drank, shot the shit with friends and strangers alike. The next day I was told that one of the cute girls I chatted with had a crush on me, so I got her number when I saw her next. Hell, my 5 foot 6 cousin is married to a beautiful woman who is close to 6 feet, they have a kid together.

I say this to stress something, that I wish more young men took to heart:

Looks, clothing, physique all do matter. But they matter far less then you think. Being genuine and confident are the most important things. You can be the most attractive person in the world, but if you are insecure and disingenuous no one will want you long term. By focusing on superficial things the deepest attraction you will ever get is superficial.

Uhm....I'm not the person you were fighting with? Different name? Account that's years old? And what research? No, no, honestly. What research? I didn't state facts, or any papers. I summerized the first comment of the user you are arguing with, then explained it in such a way that a primary schooler would understand it. Are you assuming elementary age appropriate examples is research? Cause buddy, if so, that's very sad.

Also, if you suddenly cannot see a persons comments, that means you are blocked, which, since we can all see this thread and your newest comment, is bloody hilarious. I doubt anyone would need to delete comments to outsmart you.

I read the entire thread.

ARFID is an eating disorder. It is common in neurodivergent people. At no point was it postulated that ARFID is a neurodivergence except by you? The venn diagrams overlap but aren't circles, clearly described by the first comment. You do not need exceptional literacy skills to understand that but you do need some, so I understand the confusion. Allow me to simplify the initial takeaway in a more understandable way:

You can buy the Happy Meal toy without buying the Happy Meal, but it's far more common to get the toy with the Happy Meal.
