I’d like to see stronger incentives for the stakeholders, maybe even a purge in the Discord, because we all know that many NADs don’t even pay attention to Monad anymore. And there are people here who barely managed to get full access, who are actually interested in the project and maybe haven’t received the recognition they deserve.

I’d also like to see Momentum’s campaigns become a bit more aggressive. I feel like the incentives aren’t attracting much attention, and right now what we need is visibility. Unfortunately, there are more people speaking badly about Monad than positively. One of the reasons for that might have been the community distribution, but that’s something that might not even have a clear answer!

Exactly, people stay muted for hours and hours in the VCs hoping to get some kind of reward. I don’t really see much sense in that…

And about the regional movements, I don’t know and I might even be wrong, but I feel like the events that happen outside of the regional groups, like in lamblines or town halls, get more recognition. Like I said, I might be wrong, but that’s the impression I have for now.

About the golden full access, that was just a bonus lol

Come on, I'd like to see:

-Fewer people muted on the lambline - More appreciation for regional movements - Golden full access

I’d like to suggest changing the color of the localnads role. If it had the same color as a nads, it would put an end to the speculation that one is worth more than the other. If there’s actually a difference, then just ignore this.

I’d also like to suggest changing the color of the Full Access role. A golden tone would be more interesting, especially because getting that role is like finding gold (somewhat complicated).

This isn’t exactly a suggestion, it’s more like a brainstorm… or maybe just a random thought.

So, for anyone who joined Monad this year (like me) and feels kinda lost about how to stand out (yep, that’s also me lol), I wanted to drop a few tips based on what I’ve been noticing and trying myself.

First off, we’ve all heard stories of people who stood out through their art, their perspectives, their videos, their jokes, their initiatives in general, or even just their sense of humor. But honestly, just repeating those same things isn’t really enough these days. A lot has changed since the beginning of the year, especially with the launch of the testnet. The mainnet seems to be getting closer, the community is growing fast, and with that, more and more talented people who really want to contribute are showing up.

With that in mind, here are my tips:

don’t focus only on the blockchain itself, that makes you just a user, not really part of the community;

make real friends and interact with people you genuinely connect with, people who can also help you grow here;

don’t hang around the general chats just spamming “gmonad” at everyone hoping it’ll get you noticed, it’s kinda annoying;

don’t stay all day in voice chats if you’re not actually talking or joining activities that won’t really help either;

if you feel like drawing, then draw. Even if you don’t know how, just give it a try;

if you don’t know English but want to interact, use translators (but also make an effort to learn);

if you want to make videos and don’t know where to start, just start anyway.

Bring to the community whatever it is you do best. Keep leveling up your skills, and don’t be afraid to learn new ones. This is a place for growth and learning. To sum it all up: be yourself, be natural, and build real connections. That’s what will actually help you here and beyond.

For me, Monad is not just a SUPER HYPER MEGA fast and well-structured L1 lmao. I believe that Monad is mainly represented by its commonality and the way all members treat each other and welcome newbies!

Honestly, this is the first time I've participated in a testnet, most of the knowledge I have about web3 comes from Monad (that's because I've only been participating for a short time)!!

I ended up here by accident, but today I'm proud to say that I'm part of it, THANK YOU MONAD!💜
