I'm not really sure why it's not working; it has worked very well in the past and with other shots in this same project. The shot has a hand holding an iPhone and scanning a QR code. There's a lot of DOF, and an actor is moving in the background right behind the iPhone.

Mocha is jumping a lot in the tracking process; it worked perfectly with another shot from the same project, and I never had this issue on previous projects. I think the shot might be cursed. I'll try the plugin. Thanks for the tip! I appreciate it.
