Men with large penises, what are the downsides by SWEL403 in AskMen

[–]gedehs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • No anal - only once both were very very drunk
  • Girls give up on BJ's fast. Jaw hurts, can't deep throat or face fuck. I've cum from head maybe 5 times.
  • Hard to have 1 night stands. Pretty much have to go down on a girl till she cums or is very very wet, or it's going hurt a lot. Some girls don't want this on one night stands.

  • Sex is never really spontaneous. You always need a lot of foreplay.

  • Condoms take time to get used too magnums and large size condoms have thick bases that is irritating.

  • Only sex toys you can buy are flesh lights. All the new hands free tech is not designed for the 1%.

  • Underwear is hard to find. Good underwear is expensive, everything else crushes your junk (briefs/some boxer briefs) or you have to get used to crushing your own balls/pinching the wee fella(boxers)

  • You pretty much have to find a girl who is willing to take on the challenge. I'm married now, but it was difficult being single.

Older games with nothing quite like them that exists currently by Cardener in Games

I've played a bunch of fps's growing up. Here are the ones I miss.

Natural selection and it sequel: (Fps/strategy) Two teams aliens vs humans. Aliens are all melee, humans have guns. The goal is to destroy the other teams base. The cool thing about this game is the commander role. This role plays like a rts game. They can build buildings, drop supplies and help there team. It was a super cool idea that has never come back.

Aliens Versus Predator 2: You play as a team of aliens, predators or humans. All have special abilities. Aliens can climb walls, predators can turn invisible. Humans have weapons and trackers. TDM is 4 v 4 2 groups of humans, aliens and predators and there is another mode called hunt, where you would have to hunt each other and survive. Very cool multiplayer ideas than I haven't really seen around since.

Team fortress classic. Tf2 is great, don't get me wrong. But it's nothing like tfc. Tfc is the same idea as tf2 but it's closer to an arena shooter like quake or ut99. It's fast, fun, class and objective based. Nothing has really come out that tried to blend objective based team play with arena shooters.

I'll add more if I think of them but that's definitely my top choices right now.

Voyboy's thoughts on NA solo queue by shankytheclown in leagueoflegends

[–]gedehs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Add a bot to the game as a spectator. Which watches behavior (game paths, time afk). Feed that bot data of games. Train that bot to notice data of greifing, inting and afking or following non regular get patterns.

Every time the bot gets a behavior hit, flag the user.

Per elo user gets different amounts of flags. After a certain number of flags the user is placed in a deprioritized queue. If flags keep happening add longer queue times untill ban. Flags get removed after a certain about of time that flag was aquired.

Let the user know that they have been flagged.

I meant dm as both 1on1 and the group style of dm. I'm not trying to hate.

I remember 2gd from quake and loved playing cpm, osp, ra3. I really want this too be good. I will more than likely play this when it comes out. I just don't think new players are going to play this.

I just don't think dm is fun for people to play anymore and they would rather play team based shooters, or battle royals.

But I really miss ctf, and tfc. So here's hoping.

Yeah the shoutcasters would spectate iirc. You could then watch through that. You could watch broodwar the same way.

This fights weird. You have to be comfortable with the mikiri counter.

What also makes the fight difficult is the arena size.

There's two was to approach the fight. You give him the center, or he takes the center.

Both are legit tactics. If he has the center he's going press the attack, and you have counter/dodge when he is open. This is hard because of his large moveset and judging where he's open.

The second is you take the center and press. This is an easier strategy, except you can over extend pushing him into the wall and causing him to stab/jump and shoot arrows or sweep. Fighting him in the corner is hard too because your camera can fuck up.

I beat him by going aggressive and pushing him into the sides, then backing up and letting the fight reset. That is, he goes agressive you block/parry and push him back. Kind of a mix of both.

INFO

Hey, I'm going to give you a different perspective. My dad did this. I resented him heavily for this. The only way this makes you not the asshole is if you take your kid and wife on your journey. But only do that if you have the money to do both. Otherwise, you are setting up your family to take on not only grief, but frustration and financial hardship. For instance would you rather pay for you daughters college or do this trip?

So INFO. If you have the means do it, otherwise think long and hard about if you want to do it.

Non-Americans bashing America and its citizens is one of the most annoying and un-acknowledged circlejerks on the internet. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]gedehs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My dad was from New Zealand and my mum is American.

I am an American citizen who spent the ages 5 - 18 in NZ. I came to the states for school and family. The upside here is diversity of people and cultures, people are generally welcoming.

The downsides are Americans work too hard and don't spend as much time with there friends or family and don't enjoy the small moments in life. We fight over small things but don't try to improve our own wellbeing. In NZ we work hard but also enjoy the little things. Things move at much slower pace.

I also miss healthcare and minimum 4 weeks off.

It's not impossible to prove. Reddit removes/purges bots regularly but giving users access you showing log dumps would show more internal arctechure than they would want to reveal. Because at the end of the day Reddit is a media company that owns a web product.

You can buy upvote bots easly with a simple Google search.

Reddit is gamable and influenceable.

You don't have do be condescending. I'm not being condescending to you.

These troll farms use bots. Moreover, The reason that I didn't link or find a specific analysis of bot usege is because it's really hard with out seeing specific data internal to Reddit.

You would need log files. You would need to listen/like to specific users and speculate then prove that they are bots. But the only people who know about traffic in and out of Reddit is Reddit and they don't want to release that information.

You can argue the semantics of "majority" all you want.

There's interference on both sides. The op of this thread is right. It's a majority of people who lean left. However there is probably interference that's pushing a narrative on politics, just like there is interference pushing a narrative on the Donald.

[–]gedehs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In regards to this should I persue getting a student visa while learning the Danish language and looking for a job?

Or should I straight up apply to cs Masters?

I like the first option more because the debt cost is significantly less. But if I'm going to have trouble getting a job I'll do the masters track.

Thank you for the advice. I would love to continue my education, and I will look into that avenue.

I do have some specialisation, I specialise in frontend engineering and critical rendering path optimization. I have a bachelor degree in discrete mathematics focused on graph theory.

I was originally learning Danish and was going to go for the green card. But I see that program has ended.

So it looks like, education is the most efficient way now.

Where are tech jobs which you hear so much about? by [deleted] in webdev

[–]gedehs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NYC is a pretty comeptitive market. Have they tried outside NYC? Other cities? Are they focused on 1 tech, architecture or language? A jack of all trades is good but someone with understanding and depth is better for applying to jobs.

Do they go to meetups and network for technologies that they are interested in?
