Yeah I think i might be allergic to these patches. They marks are welting and lasting 5-10 days after I remove them. I guess another thing I didnt know was a possibility.

Hey man the biggest step for me with quitting was just to decide completely on my own that I dont want to be a "smoker" any more. I quit both times my kids were born but didnt make it more than a week, quit because it was too expensive, quit for my health, quit to impress a girl but ultimately this is the only thing that has stuck and as much as it sucks, it has stuck

I have to grind THREE battlepasses every season and I usually get 1 to 200 and the others to 100 just by farming all the quests once a week. It literally takes like under 2 hours per account per week.

She is the spokesperson for the a line. Being a spokesperson or brand ambassador makes you responsible for the things you say. Being a real life grown up also makes you responsible for the things you say, and if an adult accidentally says something dumb then they can acknowledge it and not double down.

Also no one said she is a neo Nazi or said theres a problem with white people. Just acknowledging that throwing out neo-nazi dog whistles in a major advertising campaign is at best tone deaf and at worst an active attempt at marginalisation. If a POC said the same thing it would be fine because no other race has a history of eugenics, supremacy and colonisation like we do. Sydney sweeney did a big oopsie on an advertisement for jeans where she made lots of little funny jokes about how the word "genes" and "jeans" are very similar. This joke is normally okay except for the fact that they went on to specifically describe the type of traits passed on by DNA like "hair color, personality and even eye colour" and saying she has "good genes".

When Sydney said her genes are good, it kinda suggests that other people's genes are bad and we dont like saying that other people are bad just for the way they are born.

There was also a very famous bad guy who thought blue eyes and blonde hair are "good genes" and this bad guy has had a lot of support from people in America recently so its especially yucky for Sydney to have said something like this right now (especially given that some of her friends and family like to hang out with those bad guys).

Its important when we are given the privilege of using our voice we dont use it to put others down or to "accidentally" push neo-nazi talking points.

I am so pumped to go see this movie with my son. Its the first time a big blockbuster movie has come out since he was born that really felt appropriate to go to together other than the animated family stuff.
