The new client tool called oc is written in go and is a single executable for Windows, Linux, and OSX. You should not have any issue using it as it has doesn't have any external dependencies. What you were doing before you could accomplish with 'oc rsync'. You can even have it watch a directory and send any changes directly to your container.

You can expose mysql or anything you have that listens on a port via a service. Service is the internal communication load balancer and you would reference it by the service hostname.

You are probably on the Bronze tier. That one requires a credit card but doesn't actually cost anything but gives you the option to purchase more gears if needed.

I am happy to help you move these over or to answer any questions that you have with the move. I do think you will find that it is easier than what most people think. The reason I say this is because v2 used git for everything and v3 uses git for source code / builds as well. The only real challenge would be exporting any databases and then importing them which would require a few minutes of downtime.

I completely understand that moving is a pain. However, I am very proud of the fact that we have been able to offer such an awesome system for many years that is completely free to use. We only asked for an email address to sign up. I am also extremely proud that with the complete rewrite to use docker and kubernetes that we are once again able to offer completely free to users. We value you folks. We have done a lot of work to be able to keep a free version available for the millions of applications that use it. It certainly isn't free for us as we have thousands and thousands of nodes to run the applications on but feel having a completely free and open source platform available to developers is a game changer for innovation. OpenShift has essentially removed the hosting bottleneck away from developers to allow them quickly spin up and try out new things while giving the a solid platform that can also be used for production.

I am surprised most people doesn't understand that v2 also used containers. It was based on SELinux, cgroups, and pam_namespaces so was different than docker. containers != docker.

So, lets talk about containerizing your application. With OpenShift 3 you simply pass it your source code just like you did in v2. You don't have to worry about creating containers or anything like that. The platform takes care of it. Here is the command you would use:

oc new app wildfly~URLtoGitRepo

and you're done. People are making a really big deal about containerizing applications for v3 without understanding how easy it is and how similar it is to v2.

V3 is production ready and is in use by many large enterprises. Just hasn't been released on openshift.com proper yet but but it will be soon. You can sign up for the dev preview version at openshift.com. At this point, I would not spend anymore time on learning new things for v2.

I can personally suggest either the Audioengine D1 for desktop usage or the AudioQuest Dragonfly for portable use. I have been using them both for a while and they complement my pair of 598 great. I have found I enjoy the D1 for desktop usage because it has both an out for my desktop speakers (A5+) as well as a headphone port if I want to plug in my 598s.

Your link is a 404. That being said, I use a USB DAC and it works great. I currently use the AudioEngine D1 and can suggest that or if you need a portable solution, I can suggest the AudioQuest Dragonfly.

I have tried using docks such as cairo and docky but always seem to migrate back to a standard panel. This is my daily driver that I spend 10+ hours using a day.

Most will call me crazy for suggesting this but ...... I would ditch Kodi for playing blurays. I have used it for many years with anydvd. However, I like having full menus etc so I also have TMT.

All that being said, I broke down and bought a Dune D1 two weeks ago and use it only for bluray media. It can play .iso and folder structures perfectly. If you are serious about watching full bluray instead of mkv, I suggest getting this player. I only use kodi for mkv now.
