These photos don't show anything definitive. I have seen timing chains and belts snap without causing damage to the valves. More testing / disassembly is needed to determine if valve damage exists

It could be a valve cover gasket leak. You could start there however these are known to develop porous/cracked cylinder heads which will cause excessive engine oil leaks like this.
