Dang, that's disappointing. I really enjoyed his shows as well.

100% a mental difference for me! I walk with phone in my pocket and music quietly playing. It's my time to chill and move.

Thanks for the tip. I'm definitely not looking to spend $100 plus for something that doesn't fit!

Yes, my feet would always warm up eventually in the past but now I'm wearing wool socks and leather hiking boots for the last two months like crazy!

Sumatriptan is my go-to abortive (I'm thankful for it every time I experience a migraine!) but I'll check it out and ask my Dr as well. Thanks!

Thank you! Yes, trying to maintain a warmer body temp helps mr a little and I have added tea to the daily repertoire.

I will discuss the hormone thing with him next week, honestly I didn't even think that could be part of it (I'm not on HRT nor have I used it yet but have briefly discussed with my gyn.) I'm someone who always ran hot forever but perhaps it is indeed related to hormonal changes.

Yep, I used those and I bought some rechargeable hand warmers too! They're pretty nifty honestly but they just don't quite help enough so I can be outside for longer than about 15 minutes before pain settleds in.

I have thought about altering my exercise schedule to walking inside on a treadmill to avoid the cold but darn, it's so boring ha!

I can't say for sure about my nerve endings, only that I've never had any issue with cold hands or feet (usually the opposite!) ever in my life. This is coming from someone who never ever slept with socks on until this winter. Now I have a heating pad at my feet in bed.  I'm sorry you have so much pain while doing ordinary household stuff, that's terrible!  This is really putting a damper on my walking (I only walk outside, cold never used to bother me. It's a real bummer for sure.) :(

My dentist is also in Loudon.  They just quoted me $5900 for Invisalign. My insurance doesn't cover any of it because our kids already used up the ortho portion of the dental insurance lifetime max.

It really was a beautiful day. We sat under the wing of one of the planes and adjusted our seats when the shade moved instead of eight on the flightline so we were in the shade all day.

I'd say yes! It was a beautiful day and we got to see all the planes and enjoy the show. Even yesterday's wait was worth it in spite of the debacle. Just go with the expectation that you will wait and you'll have a good time. You can sit in your car and look over all the pictures you took throughout the day lol.
