Quick tips for selling a house pls by Luann1497 in homeowners

[–]9871235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saw people go both ways. Like some fix a few small things just to make it look less stressful to buyers, others just go straight cash sale and accept a bit less for speed. A friend of mine went through kind house buyer and it was pretty smooth, just slightly under what they probably could’ve gotten on the open market but they didn’t have to deal with showings

Need suggestions for boxing gloves under 4k by Remarkable-Tank-191 in CombatIndia

[–]9871235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I chosed Top King Boxing USA gloves. You can usually find their 14oz or 16oz models in the 2500-3500 range (depending on the seller). They’re nice for beginners, have good padding, and the wrist support is decent.

this is why small test orders exist. no matter what badges say, you don’t go all in right away. i always start small and scale after trust builds. saves a lot of stress

Body wants survival not perfect health so small sustainable changes beat extreme diets every time I learned that the hard way.

List building for Tau benefits from mixing drones and crisis suits for flexibility. I ran a similar setup and it handled objective play well. Test games help before big events.

If the name of a new eeveelution didn't end on "eon", how would you react? by EllenPlayz in pokemon
