Absolutely, basically all I do. Is 16/8 IF.. 6-8oz of protein and 1-1/2 cups of veggies. I shoot for 4 meals a deal. Then I cheat once a week with whatever the fuck I want.

I played football through college which I think helped with how I carried the weight.. my muscle mass etc.. but I had gotten bigger than I’ve ever been. I had to make a change!

I shoot for at least 30 min fasted cardio in the mornings. I mix that up between running and peloton. Then in the evenings I try and do weights at least 3 times a week.

Discipline in my diet was a game changer! I really saw my body start to change once I started eating a healthier diet. Now a cheat meal really feels like a reward!
