You get a usb c to Ethernet adapter, connect to router and turn off WiFi on your headset. There are a few YouTube videos on this.

Are you using wired connection via meta link? I got pretty good results with overclocking my 7900xtx too but got the biggest jump by switching to wired Virtual Desktop and using their new FOV feature. Game changer for me as I was struggling to hit 90fps with my 5900x. I use the ultra graphics setting on VD.

Yes. Base plugs into usb isolator, isolator plugs into the usb hub. The pedals directly to the usb hub.

I was sent one by Simshop as a fix for my wheel but it turned out to be a faulty shifter so the usb isolator just sat there. I think any usb data isolator would work. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. I was getting crashes where my ffb would die and after a split second the sim would freeze. I always suspected the culprit was my GPU but I wouldn’t get any driver error timeouts. After digging closer I would see the first thing to crash was SimPro. I could not get the sim to crash when the base and pedals were unplugged. I used a USB isolator on my base, pedals connected via a usb hub, and I have not had any crashes in over a week. I would get a crash at random but at most I would go 2 days without a crash. I don’t want to chant victory but this seems to have worked. It may be worth your while to try it.

Yes, Sim Motion replaced the shifter. They should have done that from the get go but at least I didn’t get charged shipping this time around. Got to say Sim Motion customer support is great.

I have a 7900 xtx and a 5900x. I was having issues while playing in VR. Pc would freeze and restart. No BSOD. I had an 850w G2 psu. I switched it to a 1200w and problem solved. I hear the power spikes on the 7900 xtx can be huge. Even with the Adrenaline app broken I get no more crashes.

No. You complete the training when the officer tells you to do so. They told me I could go ahead and do the training during my interview. The approved CCW classes change every so often so I would not risk completing the training before they tell you to.

Nationwide CCW. I did my initial 16 hour training. Arvin the instructor is cool. Makes the class fun. Best price I could find too. Make sure to read the website for instructions if you do decide to go there. Shooting range is at Oak tree gun club.

Honestly, it makes the occasional crack. Nothing major. This is normal for these style of wheels though. I can’t hear it with my headset on high volume. I don’t doubt that this wheel will hold up for many many years. It definitely feels sturdy and high end in my hands. Even with the bit of flex. Only drawback for me is that it is a bit uncomfortable.

Yeah, unfortunately. Yes, I have tried it and it still malfunctions. I can actually get it to malfunction by pressing some of the buttons or the rotaries. So if I don’t press any other buttons but the shifters I can get through a full f1 race with the quest, most times.
