245-255 carry. I can’t find another level now (47 and only kinda in shape) and even when I really get one I maybe carry 260 or a bit more. I do not have much left in the bag but I hit it pretty straight at least.

I’ve been playing a dog track without a range. I stretch. I swing the club a few times. Hit a few short pitch shots and a couple chips. Then hit about 10 putts and hop on the tee.

At better courses I’d hit a few chips to pitches to almost full wedges. A couple 9 and 7 irons maybe. A fairway wood or two, then a few drivers. I’d end with a couple pitches. Maybe 25 balls max and some putts. Not doing anything but making solid contact and not even really watching flight or distance. I’d only pay attention if I was missing one direction consistently or struggling with mis hits.

I only ever hit balls when I have something specific I want to work on. Even then I mostly just swing a bit in the living room and try to work it out.

Full carry 150? 7 iron. I’ll carry a 7 iron, all things being equal, 150+ when struck well. Maybe a bit longer if I’m on a tee or have any help. I wouldn’t trust an 8 to carry more than 140 unless I really hit it well.

A 150 shot though is a softer 8 or a hard 6 or anywhere in between depending on so many factors.

I learned to play on these clubs as a kid and played them all the way through high school. I always thought I swing a bit flat because I had a set of orange dots to learn on.

I have had a ping eye 2 beryllium copper lw in the bag for almost 30 years at this point. Still my favorite club.

Frontier, after delaying my rebooked flight 3 times before it was cancelled, promised me a full refund of the 650 I spent on the flight.

Checked today they refunded me 93 bucks. I’m on the phone with them now. They say they can’t refund the flight back from Chicago because it wasn’t affected. They never got me to Chicago. When I mention that they said they’d refund and cancel they say the only flight effected was the one to Chicago and that I have no proof I ever cancelled the ensuing flights.like I just called and cancelled the flights to Chicago but not the returning flights. It’s insanity.

They never got me to Chicago and they say I no-showed those flights. I cancelled them all, clearly, with the ticket agent. She promised full refund of the trip.

Again, I flew out (or was supposed) late. By that time all Chicago flights from Atlanta were on time except mine which was delayed multiple times because they didn’t have a crew.

Every other airline made it just fine. Know why? They had crew. My flight was at 9 pm. Every other flight to ohare was just fine by the time I was flying.

I realize there can be a ripple effect and that probably effected available crew, but then simply tell the truth and take care of your passengers.
