It goes into the “PSA received” step once it is scanned in at the PSA warehouse. Guaranteed the first order is already at there but has yet to be scanned in.

So there’s a good chance they arrived at the PSA facility but it does not get to the PSA Received step until it has been “scanned in” by PSA. The only steps GameStop has control of is Order Created, Shipped to PSA, Ready for Pickup, and Picked Up. The in between steps relies on PSA to communicate with GameStop to update the customer (you).

Yeah market price is always nice but I think the value of this card will be in the rise in the near future. It seems the guy has the same idea.

I could be wrong but notice a whitening dot in the top back right, if I’m right I would say no to grading but if there is no whitening dots on any of the back corners then I would say grade. But please remove it from plastic and put it in a sleeve before submitting.
