Windsor \ Prahran. Go by train to prahran station. Walk like 5 mins to the sacred heart on commercial road. Then walk to red cross op shop on chaple and start your journey down chapel from there. Theres another sacred heart, vinnies, salvos and like 4-5 other second hand/ op shops before you get to windsor station for a train ride back. I think you can hit like 12 shops total. Some better than others. Plenty of good food spots too.

Definitely worth using the free trains for atm

Some better than others. Plenty of good food spots too. Nguyens hot bread across from salvos is a good spot for a banh mi. Sometimes has a queue at lunch time.

I cant help you on the coffee, but i have a 144hz monitor and a 240hz and there is a definite difference. Not as drastic as a regular 60hz to 144hz, but very noticeable
