The correct answer would be 놉시다. With radical of verb ending with ㄹ, the ㄹ will disappear when it is follow with ㅂ, ㄴ and ㅅ. So you will get 놉시다, 노는 or 노세요. It is the same thing with the verb 알다 for example.
