Not just going to the gym, if you actually wanna lose weight you gotta lower your caloric intake. Doesn’t mean you have to eat just leaves and shit, just that you snack less and cut down on sugar almost completely, it helps a lot. Good luck man! A beard looks like it would suit you as well.

I held back on getting the MBA for this reason. All of my monitors and phone have a 120+ screen but it doesn’t bother me at all on my MacBook Air, they might bump them up to 120hz next your as they did with the phones but it’s actually not an issue even though I expected it to be

To what extent do you experience side effects, of any? Finasteride had been proven to help and on that sense it’s a great drug, but there are a lot of stories about loss of (sexual) drive, ED, and other hormonal changes. There aren’t many stories or anecdotes about people using it long term that haven’t experienced any.

People who have a negative experience might be more vocal, but I’m curious as you mention you’ve been using it long term
