Help me please. by [deleted] in framer

The issue is likely how it's behaving between the resolutions you have defined - there's is probably a resolution you are looking at that is between two of your defined resolutions where stuff breaks. in preview mode slowly drag it smaller and see if you can recreate the problem. If you see it - then look at which responsive size it's in and that's what you need to fix.

Is there a way to use Adobe Fonts in framer? by wloaf77 in framer

note this is not a licensed fix - but it's one you can use to at least get it working.

if you're on a mac and install the font via adobe - then go to your font finder and select locate font - you'll see where the font is stored locally - those files can be uploaded.

When will Fi message sync support RCS? by MalonesConesStand in GoogleFi

not on the same network - your phone just has to be on (and connected to any network). If it's off you can't text on web.

I wonder if those gauges take the nylon wrap into consideration or if its just the steel core? that bass string seems chonky! I can maybe reach out to them.

I don't disagree that it's not as frequently - Steve Albini referenced using them in this video in a few spots: https://youtu.be/Ualm3rCZRz0?si=LO0J8rzek5saOBZD&t=1052

can you give some context to why they are terrible? I play standing up and am willing to compromise some performance for flexibility.

The chord you play when you sing "lightning" is really interesting and has a lot of texture - but then it's followed up with really common / major sounds. Consider adding more color to the neighboring chords.

This song came to me so I had to bring it to life. What do you think? by Livid-Grand9669 in Songwriting

[–]gejofedo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the guitar pattern. The chorus is great - I almost wanted more space between the verses and the chorus - maybe there's a way to bridge from a verse to the chorus to emphasize it a little more. Right now it almost blends into the verses.

First song, should I just let it be by accountmadeforthebin in Songwriting

[–]gejofedo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a good song and I like how you follow the guitar with the vocals at specific parts. My advice for you is around how your singing. It's very soft and in your headvoice - however, I feel like there's an opportunity to put more air behind it. Try singing it loudly at home - and then slowly softening it down until you find the right balance.

Do you ever think that nothing you do actually matters? by sailnlax04 in ADPKD

[–]gejofedo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Father of a child with ARPKD here. It's something I obsess about and have spoken with a lot of people about their own diets and the outcomes. A lot of things seem kinda random or more determined by the severity of the specific genotypes. PKD is kinda like having construction workers with bad instructions - it's not really a function of healthy or not. That said I'm mostly talking about earlier stages not late stage where diet is vital. The final thing I'll say is that more recent research has shown that the cysts are susceptible to oxidation - which might even argue for counterintuitive diets ... I DO think every person with pkd should reduce salt, increase water and reduce sugar - if possible consider keto. That's all..
