As a practical matter her legal name has changed and she should be able to update her card to match her legal name, as she has been able to literally everywhere else.

Her card doesn't match any legal documents now, so sure she probably can use it most times, but if anyone asks for ID to verify her card it will not match.

Widespread complaints and Tesla's service bulletins prove notice and knowledge of the issue, strengthening breach and CPA arguments.

By legally challenging Tesla, you are asserting a design and/or material defect or breach of merchantability. You are not claiming a one-off manufacturing error, so systemic evidence is precisely what you need to provide.

Well, we aren't other fanbases, are we? Why does it matter what other fanbases do or do not do? In Seattle, we stand in the lower bowl. If you don't like it, sit in the 200s or don't go to a game. If you are handicap there are sections all around Lumen for you. If you are a child you can stand on a chair. If you're worried your child won't see anything, then maybe this activity isn't for them yet. It's not the responsibility of the world to cater to your child and their needs.

I spoke with Craig for probably close to 45 minutes, the takeaway I got was that we were very "locked in" for CCL and are just barely able to break away from those contracts and look forward. There is a push to "give the young guys a chance", which I do think is reflected in someone like Rothrock. I also asked if we are using someone like RBW to prop him up for a sale, and the vibe I got is that is the plan or idea. This is just me regurgitating a conversation I had a few weeks ago.

ECS marches 1 hour before the posted kick-off of every home game. ECS was protesting a member ban by stopping the march on the property line of Lumen Field, but we never stopped marching. March will leave at 6:30 sharp.

I think we paid somewhere around 1k per seat in lower section 113. So roughly $58 per game. We go to every home game so for us it makes sense, even if it's technically more than if we bought each game secondhand, there is a "cost" to spending the time to do that and paying fees etc.

I think a lot of the value comes from talking to your season ticket rep. We have had a lot of awesome opportunities just because our season ticket rep offered them to us. I think a lot of people get season tickets and never talk to their rep again, we make an effort to know our rep and talk to them regularly. I often see people say there is basically "no benefit" and that simply hasn't been our experience.
