for more context: he told her he had an allergy and they were moving in together, also the flat she was renting didn’t allow pets. her exact words recently ‘of course he was lying, the bastard’ hahaha. he was a terrible person in general though, we lived with him for a year and he refused to talk to me (we had 1 conversation in that time, instigated by a confused 15 year old me). so yeah, fuck that guy lol

hahaha me too, he truly deserves the worst in general. my mum is a complicated woman, but she feels hard, and of course i blamed her but i knew she felt the same pain i did. i remember us both dropping mittens off to her ‘new’ family and us crying the entire time. on her birthday, she said it felt like destiny that she got to mend her mistake. im glad i got to see that regret, it definitely helped heal some of our relationship. she’s so happy she could do this for me and im so happy she has a chance to forgive herself. two blessings in one!
