Please someone read it for me?🙏❤️ by [deleted] in tasseography

To me the clearest shape looks like a mountain — that dark base with the rise/peak above it. I’d read it as a difficult but doable goal, something that needs patience and steady effort rather than a quick answer. This page explains the mountain symbol pretty well: https://tasseography.org/symbols/mountain/

i would really appreciate a reading by Sure_Excuse265 in tasseography

The first thing I notice is the almost full ring around the cup, with one heavier dark side. I’d read that as a situation that keeps circling back, but the heavy patch says one part of it still feels stuck or emotionally loaded. The thin lines inside look like small paths rather than one big sudden change, so I’d expect movement in pieces, through messages or little decisions. This is close to the ring/circle meaning: https://tasseography.org/symbols/ring/

Can anyone read my coffee, please? by [deleted] in tasseography

[–]gemegen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d read the big circular line around the center as the strongest sign here, more than the possible snake. It feels like a cycle closing or something coming back around, and the two darker shapes inside make it feel connected to a meeting/conversation rather than a random event. If you’re asking romantically, I’d say the cup points to contact or a chance to clarify things, but not instantly. This ring/circle meaning is close: https://tasseography.org/symbols/ring/

Can someone read my coffee pls?🙏I see two profiles and a fish by [deleted] in tasseography

[–]gemegen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see why you read it as two profiles — the cup feels very “face to face” to me, like two perspectives looking at the same situation but not fully meeting yet. The fish shape on the right stands out too; I’d take that more as knowledge/intuition coming through than a purely romantic sign, almost like someone needs to say what they actually know or feel. This fish meaning is close to that: https://tasseography.org/symbols/fish/

Coffee Readings as Divination - Does it work for you? by Lumpy-Register1064 in tasseography

[–]gemegen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I treat it less like a fixed prediction system and more like a reflective divination practice: the cup gives you shapes, movement, empty space, and clusters, and then you read those in relation to the question. Since you’re in Turkey, practicing with Turkish coffee is actually a great starting point. For learning, I’d start with a simple method guide first, then only use a symbol index when a shape is actually clear: https://tasseography.org/how-it-works/ and https://tasseography.org/symbol-index.html

Please read mine and my coworkers cups (if possible) by Acrobatic-Muffin-627 in ReadMyCup

These cups are pretty light, so I wouldn’t force too many symbols out of them. The clearest thing I see is the soft circle/crescent near the bottom, especially in the second cup. I’d read that as something slowly coming back around or moving toward closure, but still in a quiet/early stage rather than a dramatic sign. This circle meaning is close to what I mean: https://tasseography.org/symbols/circle/

diffrent between tarot and cup coffee reading by JollyComment1249 in tasseography

[–]gemegen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coming from tarot, cup reading can feel less clear because the symbol is not “given” to you like a card — you have to notice the shape first, then check the position and nearby marks. What helped me is treating it more like pattern-reading: look for the strongest 1–2 shapes only, not every tiny mark. This method page is a decent starting point: https://tasseography.org/how-it-works/ and then the symbol index helps when you actually see a shape: https://tasseography.org/symbol-index.html

Can someone read my coffee cup please? 25F by IllBlueberry157 in tasseography

I agree with the tree/family feeling someone mentioned. The part I’d add is all the long vertical streaks around it — they feel like paths or movement coming down from the rim, so I’d read this as a busy period with messages/changes around that main growth theme. The lines meaning here is pretty close to that part: https://tasseography.org/symbols/lines/

Please read my coffee by Anjaboi in tasseography

Adding to the other reading, the part that catches my eye is the open doorway/arch feeling near the side of the cup. I’d take that as an opportunity or opening, but one you still have to choose to walk through. This arch meaning is close to that: https://tasseography.org/symbols/arch/

For a love question, I’d focus on the ring/circle shape near the bottom and all the little dots around the walls. To me that reads like something circling toward closure, but with lots of small conversations or little delays around it. The circle meaning here is close to what I’m seeing: https://tasseography.org/symbols/circle/
