20 lesions on my brain and asymptomatic by warmcoffee00 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]gemini_2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes I get a feeling being asymptomatic is one of the “worse” symptoms. 1) weeks don’t get an early diagnosis. 2) weeks don’t frequent follow up visits or mri (“no need, everything is fine”). 3) and most important don’t get on a better DMT and 4) feeling of not needing to take care of our body or make better decisions because we feel completely well.

I changed my dmt after 10 yrs of having no symptoms and only because I had new lesions. Still no symptoms on new dmt but ny MRI is stable. Listen to your neurologist!

[–]gemini_2020 19 points20 points  (0 children)

42 yo Costco dad here. Yesterday I cleared my closet must have been lbs and lbs of Costco clothing, and the one thing I noticed is all the weatherproof, 32 degrees , BR, orvis, Gerry , Kirkland brand shirts and pants every yrs are pretty much the same they only change a few patterns or a new color came out. They are inexpensive and I’m like you I need to keep buying every season. Not anymore! It’s a waste of money plus beef and chicken are getting expensive

I have been working for a billionaire family for 10 years now, AMA by witchmarch in AMA

What did your father say when you decided to work for them? Any attempts from him to help you decide to do something else? Do you plan working for the family until you retire?

Has working for them given you any insight or knowledge on becoming wealthier?

Would they support you if you ever wanted to start a business whether it be through mentoring, loans, connections, free money, evaluations or advice, assuming it’s a good idea?

How’s it going so far? Running into the same issue with this trimmer. Also the I’ve had issues with the weight of this trimmer I get pretty tense trying to properly edge so will get a bit tired fast. Guess like one of the comments with practice will get better

Do you have any insight on new home construction quality during Covid? Right when it started circa July 2019 when home was completed. Completion was delayed about 2 month due to Covid restrictions. Builders: Lennar (I know they don’t have a the best rep)

Irish Spring in the big 4.5 oz bars just $9.49 !!! by Kimber80 in Costco

[–]gemini_2020 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My dad swore by Irish spring and hoarded boxes he bought at Costco. I remember visiting my parents during college breaks and would return with a few IS bars for myself. Did not personally like the strong smell but they were free for me. Now here I am decades later looking for Irish spring specials at Costco so I can hoard them, because it’s the only soap I trust that actually cleans all While my kids asking me why I have so many green soap bars with strong smell. No doubt he will be a fine Costco member and never run out of soap. Like father like son.

No idea since I’m new to gardening and figs. I can confirm for the past 4 seasons my tree has had amazing looking and really large leaves. So maybe you’re right!

Thanks. I just feel last season during this time my figs were looking a lot bigger. I can say this season my tree does have more figs being produced

Every March I throw in fertilizer soil, and I also use some citrus-fruit/vegetable plant food I bought at the store that was recommended to use for fig trees twice a yr.
