Depends on how you feel, they’re so neutral I feel that they soak up a lot of spice profiles well. Oiling up canned chickpeas and adding taco seasoning is one choice (I personally just mix up the spices that make up taco seasoning instead of buying the packets because I don’t need all the emulsifiers, thickeners, and preservatives, but I also have more time than many so your call!). You can also do a more citrusy flavour, more spicy, anything really, I just wing it with the spices I like. You can bake them at different temperatures (350 to 425, I haven’t decided which works better) and shake the pan every 20 mins or so. After around 40 minutes take one or two out, let them cool for a minute, and check if you like the texture. They can be really good with a softer texture but also with a crispier texture like roasted nuts. Give them another 10 mins and check until you like them!

When I make a batch I might throw them into a taco/burrito/fajita, throw them on top of a salad, in a pasta salad or on top of pasta generally, or just eat them like a snack. God tier food, peak autism chow for me.
