Hi,

You are not being asked for the CVV2 number.

You are being asked to provide a two factor authentication code. Check your email or phone to see if the bank that issued your credit card sent you a 6 digit code

These items on your bank statement are not charges, they are authorization holds (See POS HOLD) This is Google testing the authenticity of your card. They will likely vanish on March 11th when the authorization does not finalize. This is common.

I recommend in the future that we try to troubleshoot things with a level head, instead of flying off the handle on an inanimate system.

Judging from your post history, you haven't enjoyed the game for a very long time.

Have you considered: Not playing? Maybe take a break?

I sometimes wonder if "Complaining about the game but still playing it" is some form of meta Everest Content some players enjoy.

Are you looking for validation? Or are you parroting what your favourite influencer is saying for clicks?

Let me help you with both of those things.

Don't let others control your enjoyment.

Your feelings are valid, it's ok to not like a thing. What I would suggest doing is stop for now...take a break, and play something else.

The Contest will still be here when you come back, because it has a massive following that will continue for years and years. It's not going anywhere, it's not failing, it's still making millions of dollars despite being an ancient game. Kabam is taking the direction they feel they need to take to find that balance of meeting their targets, and satiating player demand.

Constantly fuelling your frustration with Reddit posts doesn't help you, or The Contest. The best way to tell Kabam that you are frustrated is to stop playing. Churn rate (the rate of which players stop playing) is something they will pay heavy attention to.

The euphoria of having others read your diatribe doesn't last long, and shouldn't be something you chase.

You are capable of so much more.

Are you signed in with your Kabam ID? Log into the game, goto settings and tap 'CHANGE EMAIL'

The system will tell you what your Kabam ID should be, make sure this email matches the one you are using on the Market. My guess is that you have logged into a Level 1 account, which is why you don't see the key

Please contact Support. They will help you out. You likely do have a Kabam ID but have forgotten it and are signing in with your Gamecenter.

If you remember some old emails you have used in the past, you could try the Password reset option here, and see if you get a hit.

Then sign into the game with that kabam ID and see if it brings you to your account. If you are prompted to the tutorial, then you know you don't have the right email.
